1Discover here, buy with the retailer
Caravan & Co brings product discovery into one place, helping you explore fragrance, watches and jewelry, fashion and bags, beauty and grooming, technology and audio, home and living, travel, and gifts. Browse by category, find inspiration in themed collections, and learn where a product is offered.
We are an affiliate discovery platform. We do not sell the featured products. When you choose to buy through a live product link, your purchase takes place on the retailer’s website.
We are currently preparing our live product listings and retailer links. Some products, prices, and buttons are previews rather than available offers. The steps below explain how shopping through Caravan & Co will work as live listings become available.
2Explore what interests you
Begin with a category that suits what you are looking for, or explore the collections for ideas. Gift selections and themed edits bring related products together around an occasion, interest, or part of everyday life. You can browse for inspiration without making a purchase.
3Understand the listing
A product listing brings together the item name, brand, displayed price, and the retailer identified on its link. The brand makes or markets the product; the retailer is the business offering it for sale. Use the retailer name to see where a live link will take you, then confirm the exact product and available options on that retailer’s website.
4Follow the retailer link
On a live listing, select the link identifying the retailer to continue to its website. Review the product description, available sizes or options, current price, and stock there. Following a link does not place an order or commit you to buying.
5Complete your purchase with the retailer
If you decide to buy, complete checkout on the retailer’s website. The retailer takes your payment, confirms your order, and arranges delivery under its own terms. Caravan & Co does not collect payment for the featured products, hold stock, or ship orders.
If you choose products from different retailers, complete a separate checkout with each one. Each retailer provides its own order confirmation, delivery arrangements, charges, and returns policy. Caravan & Co does not combine purchases into a shared shopping basket or a single order.
6How affiliate links support Caravan & Co
An affiliate link allows a retailer or affiliate network to recognize a referral from Caravan & Co. We may receive a commission when you follow a qualifying link and make a qualifying purchase. Not every product reference or link necessarily earns a commission.
We do not add a separate referral fee to your purchase, and there is no fee to browse Caravan & Co. The retailer sets the product price and any delivery charges, taxes, or other costs. This does not mean every retailer or purchasing channel will offer the same total price.
Where a recommendation involves an affiliate or other commercial relationship, the accompanying disclosure explains that connection. Sponsorship or paid placement, where applicable, is identified with the relevant content.
7Check the current product and offer details
Prices, availability, discounts, and product options can change. Before purchasing, confirm the details on the retailer’s current product page and check the final checkout total. An item shown here is not reserved for you, and a displayed discount does not guarantee continued availability.
Check that the product meets your requirements, including its size, materials, compatibility, and any relevant manufacturer instructions or warnings. A recommendation can help you explore an option, but it is not a guarantee that the product is suitable for your circumstances.
Check the retailer’s delivery destinations, estimated times, charges, and returns policy. Discount codes and special offers may have exclusions, minimum spending requirements, or expiry dates. A Caravan & Co catalog-update announcement describes when we plan to add or refresh content; it is not a retailer’s offer-expiry deadline.
8Delivery, returns and order support
Your retailer is the point of contact for your purchase. Contact it about order confirmation, tracking, delivery issues, cancellations, exchanges, refunds, or product warranties. Its policies and applicable consumer rights govern the transaction.
Caravan & Co does not administer retailer orders or approve returns. Keep your retailer’s order confirmation and review its return conditions before purchasing, particularly for items with specific hygiene, customization, or delivery restrictions.
9Explore at your own pace
Discover the collections and get a feel for Caravan & Co while we prepare the live shopping experience. When retailer links become available, you can continue to the retailer whenever you are ready.
