1Introduction and interpretation
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions governing access to and use of the Caravan & Co website, together with its content, functionality, and services, as made available from time to time (collectively, the "Website"). References to "Caravan & Co," "we," "us," and "our" mean the operator of the Website under the Caravan & Co name. References to "you" and "your" mean any person accessing or using the Website.

A "Retailer" means an independent third party offering products or services through its own sales channels. Caravan & Co provides an affiliate product-discovery and editorial platform through which visitors may explore curated products, collections, promotional offers, gift selections, comparisons, and buying guides. Content may relate to fragrance, watches and jewelry, fashion and accessories, beauty and grooming, technology and audio, home and living, travel, and other lifestyle categories.
The Website facilitates discovery and referrals to Retailers. The availability of a category, feature, or navigation item does not constitute a representation that products, offers, or associated functionality are currently available. Features and Content may be introduced, modified, or withdrawn in accordance with these Terms.
Access to publicly available discovery Content does not incur a browsing fee from Caravan & Co. Any future paid service would require separately disclosed pricing and applicable terms before a payment obligation arises.
4Eligibility and authority
You may use the Website only where such use is lawful and you possess the capacity required to accept the applicable obligations. If you have not reached the age at which you may independently agree to these Terms, use is subject to the involvement of a parent or legal guardian to the extent permitted by applicable law. Retailers may impose additional age, product, or purchasing restrictions.
A person accepting obligations on behalf of an organization represents that they have the necessary authority to do so. Use on behalf of an organization does not confer any right to reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Content beyond the permissions expressly provided in these Terms.
5Affiliate relationships and commercial disclosures
Caravan & Co may participate in affiliate programs under which compensation is payable when a visitor follows an Affiliate Link or completes a qualifying purchase or other qualifying action. Eligibility for compensation, attribution periods, and payment arrangements are determined by the relevant program. Not every product reference, Retailer reference, or external link necessarily generates compensation.
Caravan & Co does not impose a separate affiliate referral charge on your purchase. Retailers independently determine their prices and transaction charges. Affiliate participation does not constitute a guarantee of the lowest available price, equal pricing across purchasing channels, or eligibility for any particular promotion.
Material commercial relationships associated with recommendations or placements, including sponsorship, paid placement, or gifted products, are subject to appropriate disclosure in connection with the relevant Content. Any separate Affiliate Disclosure supplements this section. Neither this section nor a general disclosure substitutes for disclosures required alongside individual recommendations or links.
6No sale of products and no authority to bind retailers
Caravan & Co does not sell the physical products featured on the Website, maintain product inventory, operate Retailer checkout, collect payment for those products, or arrange fulfillment. Product displays and outbound links are provided for discovery and referral purposes and do not constitute offers by Caravan & Co to sell the featured products.
A purchase made through a Retailer is a transaction between you and that Retailer or the seller identified at checkout. Caravan & Co is not a party to that purchase contract and has no authority to accept orders, make warranties, or amend obligations on behalf of a Retailer. Receipt of affiliate compensation does not establish an agency, partnership, joint venture, or authority to bind a Retailer.
7Retailer transactions and customer remedies
Before completing a purchase, you are responsible for reviewing the Retailer's identity, current product details, final price, payment conditions, delivery coverage, cancellation rights, returns policy, warranty terms, and other applicable conditions. The Retailer's purchase terms and applicable law govern its transaction with you.
The responsible Retailer or seller handles payment processing, order acceptance, taxes and transaction charges, delivery, cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, warranties, recalls, and product support within its legal and contractual responsibilities. Transaction-related inquiries and claims should be addressed to that party or another legally responsible provider.
Caravan & Co may receive reports concerning inaccurate listings or defective links, but does not undertake to administer Retailer orders or determine claims against Retailers. This allocation does not exclude liability for Caravan & Co's own conduct where such liability arises under applicable law.
8Product information, pricing and availability
Content may be derived from Retailers, affiliate networks, product feeds, publicly available sources, or editorial research. Information may be subject to delay, error, omission, or subsequent amendment. Except where expressly stated, inclusion of information does not establish that Caravan & Co has physically inspected or independently verified a product.
Prices, stock, product variants, delivery eligibility, and promotional conditions are determined by Retailers and may change. Displayed amounts may exclude taxes, duties, shipping, or other charges unless expressly indicated otherwise. Currency displays do not guarantee availability in a particular market, a particular exchange rate, or a particular final transaction amount.
Verify material information against the Retailer's current listing and checkout before purchasing. Photographs and other visual materials may be illustrative; actual appearance, dimensions, packaging, accessories, and availability may vary. The Retailer's current offering governs its proposed transaction, subject to applicable law, and Caravan & Co may correct or remove Content when discrepancies are identified.
9Promotional offers, discounts and timing
Promotional offers, discount codes, and advertised savings are subject to the identified Retailer's conditions, exclusions, stock limitations, eligibility criteria, and applicable dates. A promotion may apply only to selected products, variants, customers, or purchasing channels. Caravan & Co does not guarantee redemption or continued availability of a Retailer-controlled offer.
A comparison price or savings percentage must be understood by reference to the comparison basis stated with the offer. A price-check timestamp identifies a point in time and does not establish continuous verification. An offer deadline or countdown refers to the promotion described and does not reserve products or guarantee availability until that deadline.

10Editorial selections, rankings and recommendations

They may reflect editorial judgment, available information, product characteristics, and other factors described with the Content. They do not constitute an exhaustive market assessment or a guarantee that a product is appropriate for every visitor.

The availability of Website controls does not itself establish a registration service, public submission facility, or paid membership. Any such service, if introduced, is subject to the terms and disclosures applicable to it.
12Limited permission to use the website
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, Caravan & Co grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access publicly available Content for lawful personal browsing and product research. You may share ordinary links to publicly available pages, provided that doing so does not falsely imply endorsement, misrepresent the destination, or infringe another person's rights.
No ownership interest is transferred. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Any permission to use the Website does not extend to independent use of third-party photographs, trademarks, product data, or other materials beyond applicable legal exceptions or permissions from the rights holder.
A person asserting infringement should identify the material concerned, its location on the Website, the rights asserted, and information reasonably sufficient to assess the claim. Caravan & Co may seek supporting information and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law. This provision does not replace any legally prescribed notice procedure.
15Third party brands and external services

16Privacy, cookies and referral tracking

17Availability, maintenance and service changes
Caravan & Co may update or remove Content, correct errors, maintain systems, revise functionality, or discontinue features for editorial, operational, technical, security, or legal reasons. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
No commitment is made to uninterrupted access or the continued availability of a particular product reference, Retailer, or feature. Reasonable notice will be provided where required by law or a separate binding commitment. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or permit the avoidance of existing legal obligations.
18Disclaimers and statutory protections

All mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, remedies, and other non-excludable protections are preserved. Where such protections apply, these Terms are construed subject to them. General qualifications in these Terms do not override more specific statements or disclosures where doing so would be unlawful.
19Limitation of liability
To the extent lawful and enforceable, Caravan & Co excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website. Where you use the Website for business purposes, and to the extent permitted by law, this includes loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings. These exclusions do not apply to losses for which applicable law prohibits exclusion.
Caravan & Co is not liable for a Retailer's independent breach of its purchase contract solely because the purchase followed a Website referral. This does not exclude liability arising from Caravan & Co's own acts or omissions where such liability is established under applicable law.
Nothing limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where limitation is prohibited, or any other non-excludable liability. Each limitation operates only to the extent permitted in the circumstances, and no provision requires a consumer to waive mandatory rights or remedies.
20Suspension, termination and continuing provisions
Caravan & Co may restrict access or take proportionate protective measures where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, a material breach of these Terms, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Any notice or opportunity to challenge a restriction required by law will be provided. You may discontinue use at any time.
Restriction or cessation of access does not affect rights or liabilities accrued before that event. Provisions concerning intellectual property, statutory protections, liability, disputes, and interpretation continue to apply to the extent their purpose requires, subject to applicable law.
21Applicable law, disputes and general provisions
These Terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory rules that determine governing law, jurisdiction, consumer protection, and access to remedies. No provision requires proceedings to be brought in a particular country or deprives you of a forum or protection to which you are legally entitled. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of collective proceedings.
Any attempt to resolve a concern informally does not prevent recourse to a competent court, regulator, or applicable dispute-resolution body, or suspend a legal time limit unless law or a valid agreement provides otherwise.
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the extent permitted by law, without impairing the remaining provisions where they can continue to operate. Failure or delay in enforcement is not a waiver. Any transfer of rights or obligations must be lawful and must not diminish mandatory protections.
These Terms and any expressly applicable feature-specific terms constitute the agreement concerning use of the Website, subject to non-excludable rights and obligations. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or representations that law does not permit to be excluded. Section headings assist navigation and do not alter the meaning of a provision.
22Amendments and effective operation

Revisions will be made available with an updated revision date, and material changes will be brought to your attention where required by law. Any legally required notice or affirmative acceptance procedure will apply before a revision becomes binding.
A revision governs future use only to the extent legally effective and does not retrospectively extinguish accrued rights or impose obligations for periods before adequate notice or valid acceptance. The dates shown at the beginning identify the stated effective and revision dates of this version; they do not establish that any particular visitor received notice or accepted the Terms on those dates.
